1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Skedulara platform, website, applications, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Hulandbo Technology LLC (“Hulandbo,” “Skedulara,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using Skedulara, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Services.

These Terms apply to all Skedulara products, including but not limited to:

  • SkedID
  • Service Operations
  • Workforce
  • Driver
  • Field
  • Customer Portal
  • Receipt Creator
  • Skedulara Transfer
  • Future Skedulara products and services

2. About Skedulara

Skedulara is a technology platform designed to help individuals, businesses, organizations, and service providers manage digital identity, operations, workforce activities, customer communication, documents, and business workflows.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Skedulara.

By using the Services, you represent that:

  • You meet the minimum age requirement
  • You have authority to enter into these Terms

  • You will comply with applicable laws

Businesses and organizations are responsible for ensuring their authorized users comply with these Terms.

4. Account Registration

Some Skedulara features require an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information
  • Maintain account security
  • Keep login credentials confidential
  • Notify us of unauthorized account access
  • Accept responsibility for activity under your account

You may not:

  • Create accounts using false information
  • Impersonate another person or organization

5. Use of Skedulara Services

You may use Skedulara only for lawful purposes.

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to disrupt the platform
  • Reverse engineer or copy the Services
  • Circumvent security protections
  • Abuse platform features
  • Use the Services for fraudulent activity

6. User Content

Users may submit information, documents, files, images, profiles, business data, and other content (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content.

By using Skedulara, you grant Hulandbo Technology LLC a limited license to process, store, and display User Content only as necessary to provide and improve the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • You own or have permission to use submitted content
  • Your content does not violate laws or third-party rights
  • Your content is accurate

7. SkedID Digital Identity Services

SkedID allows users to create digital profiles and share information through QR codes and digital links.

Users control the information displayed publicly through their SkedID profile.

You are responsible for ensuring that information shared through SkedID is accurate and appropriate.

You understand that publicly shared profile information may be viewed by anyone who accesses your profile link or QR code.

8. Business and Organization Accounts

Organizations using Skedulara may create accounts for employees, contractors, customers, or other authorized users.

Organization administrators may have control over:

  • User access
  • Permissions
  • Business information
  • Workforce settings
  • Operational data

Organizations are responsible for:

  • Obtaining required permissions
  • Managing authorized users
  • Protecting confidential information
  • Complying with employment and privacy laws

9. Field and Location-Based Features

Certain Skedulara Field features may use device location services.

Users may be required to enable GPS permissions to use certain functionality.

Location-based features may support:

  • Field operations
  • Workforce coordination
  • Service management
  • Job-related activities

Users may control location permissions through their device settings.

10. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain Skedulara features may require paid subscriptions.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe.

By subscribing, you agree:

  • To provide accurate billing information
  • To authorize subscription charges
  • To pay applicable fees
  • To comply with subscription terms

Subscription fees may automatically renew unless canceled according to the applicable subscription settings.

11. Free Trials and Promotions

Skedulara may offer trials, discounts, or promotional programs.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time unless prohibited by law.

12. Intellectual Property

All Skedulara technology, branding, designs, software, trademarks, logos, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Hulandbo Technology LLC.

You may not:

  • Copy Skedulara materials
  • Use Skedulara branding without permission
  • Modify or distribute platform technology
  • Create competing products using Skedulara intellectual property

13. Third-Party Services

Skedulara may integrate with third-party services, including:

  • Payment providers
  • Cloud providers
  • Authentication services
  • Analytics providers

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Skedulara is not responsible for third-party services.

14. Service Availability

We work to keep Skedulara available and reliable.

However, we do not guarantee that the Services will always:

  • Be uninterrupted
  • Be error-free
  • Meet every user’s requirements

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary.

15. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if users:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Threaten platform security
  • Misuse the Services
  • Create legal risk for Skedulara

Users may stop using the Services at any time.

16. Disclaimer

Skedulara is provided on an “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hulandbo Technology LLC does not guarantee that the Services will be completely accurate, uninterrupted, or free from errors.

Users are responsible for decisions made using information generated through the Services.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hulandbo Technology LLC will not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Lost profits
  • Lost data
  • Business interruption
  • Consequential damages

Our total liability related to the Services will not exceed the amount paid by you to Skedulara during the applicable period, unless otherwise required by law.

18. Indemnification

You agree to protect and indemnify Hulandbo Technology LLC from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Your User Content
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of applicable laws

Your use of Skedulara is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Your continued use of Skedulara after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
